Funny thing I noticed. Cities across the US are building playgrounds for adults, while smart phones are being decked out with apps for babies and cases that double as chew-toys.
Granted these two things are solving unrelated problems - playgrounds, obesity; chew-toy cases, quieting a crying baby. But it’s kind of fun to think about how we are sort of meeting in the middle. We are attempting to bring fun back into the lives of adults who have been under a dark economic cloud, while merging adult toys with baby toys. Adults become more playful while our children become more platform mature.
